Hi Everyone,
It's been a long time since we've had an update. We are well within our assessment week, updating spelling, basic facts, written language and reading. Congratulations to those of you who have moved up in the world of academia! I'm really looking forward to our swimming next week. We have a lot of exciting activities planned, and I can't wait to share the photos with you all.
We have also begun looking at our topic for next term - The Impact of the Deforestation of Rainforests. You will see I have begun posting little games for you on the blog in relation to this. I can't wait to share with you the art and technology units as they get complete.
Only 2 more weeks to go!!!! Sadly Mr W is only with us for 1 more week, so let's make his last week as a student teacher a good one!
Till next time!!!

Coming To A Class Near You . . .
Hello Everybody!!!!
I hope you all had a fantastic Queen's Birthday Weekend. Can you believe we only have 4 more weeks until the holidays?! So much to do, in so little time!! We will be finishing our information reports for our speeches this week with Mr W. We will be starting our class speeches next week on Monday, ready for the Syndicate Speech finals on Friday, so get practicing in front of the mirror!! Just remember that these will be filmed so we can add them to your portfolios, and so you can assess them as well.
We also have our Water Safety programme coming up in 3 weeks. A note will be sent home on Tuesday outlining this and the costs involved. You must ensure that you bring your permission form back ASAP!! I will also begin getting people to publish their information report for you and your parents to see. I am so proud of how much effort you all are putting into finding out the information needed for you to write your report.
Just remember, 4 weeks to go, so lets make it a fantastic 4 weeks!!
See you real soon :)
